Terms of Service
01Our products and orders
We bake and sell muffins, pastries, cakes, and related cafe items. Menu items, availability, and prices can change, and seasonal items come and go. Wholesale pricing is quoted per account and confirmed with you directly; the retail prices you may see elsewhere are not wholesale rates.
02Wholesale accounts
Wholesale orders, minimums, delivery schedules, lead times, and payment terms are agreed between you and Connecticut Muffin when your account is set up. Placing a recurring or standing order means you agree to those arranged terms. Please give us reasonable notice to change or cancel an order so we can adjust our baking.
03Food, allergens, and freshness
Allergen notice. Our products are made in a kitchen that also handles wheat, eggs, dairy, tree nuts, and peanuts, and cross-contact can occur. We cannot guarantee any item is free of a given allergen. You are responsible for informing your own customers of this, and for any allergen or dietary claims you make when reselling our products. Baked goods are fresh and perishable; store and handle them properly after delivery.
